Agreement

By using our website, contacting Los Cabos Proposal, requesting a quote, booking a service or participating in one of our experiences, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services or website. Specific agreements, invoices, written confirmations or service sheets may include additional details that apply to your event.

Our services

Los Cabos Proposal provides romantic proposal planning, beach setups, private event coordination, photography, video, decoration, live music coordination, yacht proposal coordination, romantic dinners and related services in Los Cabos, Mexico.

Each experience is planned according to the selected package, location, date, availability, logistics, permissions and client preferences. Services may vary depending on the final quote and written confirmation.

Quotes and availability

Quotes are based on the information available at the time of request, including date, location, setup style, guest count, vendors, transportation, permits, access conditions and selected add-ons.

• Prices may vary depending on location, distance, access, vendor availability, hotel fees, permissions, staff requirements and logistics.
• A quote does not guarantee availability until the booking is confirmed according to the required payment or deposit.
• Dates, vendors and locations may be released if the required confirmation is not completed within the agreed timeframe.

Payments and deposits

A deposit or full payment may be required to secure a date, reserve vendors, prepare materials and begin coordination. Payment details, due dates and accepted methods will be communicated before confirmation.

Once a booking is confirmed, the client is responsible for completing any remaining balance according to the agreed schedule. Delayed payments may affect vendor reservations, delivery times or service availability.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the selected service, date, vendors involved and expenses already committed. In many cases, vendors, materials, staff and coordination time are reserved in advance and cannot be recovered.

• Deposits are generally used to secure the event and may be non-refundable.
• Amounts already paid to third-party vendors may be subject to each vendor’s own cancellation or refund policy.
• Refunds, when applicable, will be reviewed according to timing, expenses, vendor commitments and the specific agreement for the event.

Date changes and rescheduling

Requests to change the date, time, location or scope of the event must be made as early as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to help, but changes are subject to vendor availability, location access, weather conditions, permits and logistics.

If a date change is possible, additional costs may apply due to vendor rescheduling, transportation, materials, staff, permits or hotel/location fees. Date changes are not guaranteed until confirmed in writing.

Locations and external factors

Many experiences take place in outdoor areas, beaches, hotels, villas or public locations. Because of this, some elements may depend on factors outside our complete control.

• Weather, wind, tide, sunlight, rain or seasonal conditions.
• Public beach traffic, visitors, privacy limitations or nearby activity.
• Hotel rules, private property restrictions, access limitations, permits or location fees.
• Transportation, vendor timing, setup logistics and unexpected local conditions.

We plan carefully and adapt when needed, but we cannot guarantee complete privacy, perfect weather, empty public spaces, identical lighting or exact visual results in outdoor or shared locations.

Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate information, including date, time, location, hotel or villa details, guest count, contact information and any special requirements that may affect planning.

• Arriving on time and following agreed instructions for the event.
• Confirming location access, hotel rules or private property permissions when required.
• Informing us about allergies, mobility needs, restrictions, surprises or sensitive details that may affect the setup.
• Communicating changes promptly and reviewing service details before confirmation.

Vendors and third parties

Some services may involve third-party vendors such as photographers, musicians, yacht providers, transportation providers, florists, fireworks providers, restaurants, hotels or private venues.

We coordinate with vendors in good faith, but each vendor may have their own availability, rules, delivery times, cancellation policies, weather restrictions, safety requirements and service conditions.

Photos, video and galleries

Photo and video services are delivered according to the selected package and agreement. Delivery times, editing style, quantity of files and final format may vary depending on the service, event conditions, technical factors and vendor workflow.

Private galleries are intended for client access and may include download options, password protection or private links depending on the settings used. The client is responsible for sharing private links carefully.

Website content and illustrative images

Text, images, videos, galleries, descriptions, prices, examples and package information shown on the website are for general reference and may be updated without prior notice.

Images may represent previous events, real client moments, portfolio examples or illustrative references. Final results may vary depending on location, weather, lighting, availability, decor selected, timing, permissions and external conditions.

Limitations of responsibility

We make every reasonable effort to provide a professional, beautiful and well-coordinated experience. However, Los Cabos Proposal is not responsible for delays, restrictions, interruptions, changes or results caused by external factors beyond our complete control.

This may include weather, public beach traffic, hotel or venue decisions, vendor emergencies, transportation issues, government restrictions, safety concerns, technical issues, client delays or unexpected local conditions.
